I am very happy with my new shutters. Every process along the way went smoothly. All the staff that I interacted with were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
In fact I have now placed another order.

Why on earth did these clowns take 50% up front and then lose the order ? Don’t you take notes David, when you get an order? to not even bother notifying me? What sort of backward business operates like that?
We gave this order 4 months, you said it would be ready in 3 months, now, in 6 weeks our house goes on the market and we have no blind to finish off the room? What a bunch of losers.
Its hard getting sales at the best of times, but carelessness with customers orders, you don’t deserve any stars.

Kelly and Julian just left our house, having just installed plantation shutters to the majority of our windows. They came, they saw and they conquered. Great teamwork from the minute they arrived. An absolute top quality job and also product. All rubbish collect as the job was moving at a streamlind pace. Once completed they went through their product with us both. Had trouble locating a supplier for shutter louvre pins. Darryl was very helpful with his advise in how to retrofit spring loaded pins in lieu of the original fixed pin type and his generosity was much appreciated.

Having been so confused about shutter materials and the ones most suitable for my requirements, I was goggling various shutter products and stumbled upon Daryl’s website only to find he is in Perth (I live in Sydney). I had Pine Plantation Shutters installed today in three bedrooms. They are white, called “Urban” and have 89mm blades. I am thrilled with the result – they look classy and neat. They let light into the room, but without letting direct sun in. They’re easy to open and close and I can see they will be easy to clean (for dust). I am glad I decided to put them in the 3rd bedroom too. Originally I was only going to fit them in 2 bedrooms. The 3 bedroom was a bit tricky to install with a window sill and air conditioner close to the top frame. However Jim did a very good job with the install and they all look terrific! (Thanks Jim!) Daryl, Craig and Melanie were all extremely professional, courteous and friendly. When they gave you an appointment time, they were on time – if they thought they were going to be even a few minutes late, they rang. The date they gave as the installation date was the date they were installed. When I had to ask them to delay installation due to delays I was experiencing with tradespeople they were extremely accommodating and stored the shutters for roughly two months. When they did the installation the mess associated with the shutters was nothing.
