I’d like to thank Daryl & Craig for their excellent customer service. Daryl took the time to show me all my options for shutters as well as the blinds (that we eventually went with). There was a small hiccup with the manufacturing process, but Daryl and Craig weren’t happy until all the issues were solved and no further payment required until I was satisfied also. I am very happy with our wide blade blinds and it opens up our whole lounge area – we have had ALOT of compliments. It so nice to deal with the people that own the company. What a difference customer service makes and I would definitely recommend PPS Shutters to others.
